These terms apply to the TCG Vendor app and related web pages operated by Gregg Lee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact gregglee2@yahoo.com with questions.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory and transactions you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may use the service for lawful card inventory and vendor operations. You retain responsibility for your business records and for any inventory you choose to make public. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or content that infringes another person's rights.

Market data

Card prices, values, recognition results, and repricing suggestions are estimates for reference. They can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify a card's identity, condition, and current market before agreeing to a transaction. TCG Vendor does not buy or sell cards on your behalf and does not guarantee a sale price or profit.

Subscriptions and billing

Optional subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the current price, billing period, and any applicable offer before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the store. Canceling stops future renewal but normally leaves access in place through the paid period, subject to the store's rules. Refund requests are handled under the store's policies. Plan allowances and available features are described in the app and may change with notice where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available, but outages and third-party data interruptions can occur. You should keep independent records of information you need for tax, accounting, or business continuity.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. Delete your account in the mobile app under More → Delete account. For help with deletion, email gregglee2@yahoo.com. Account deletion and store subscription cancellation are separate actions. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
