TCG Vendor is operated by Gregg Lee. This policy explains how the TCG Vendor mobile app and its related web pages handle information. Contact us at gregglee2@yahoo.com with privacy questions.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we process your email address, sign-in credentials through our authentication provider, and any profile name you provide. The app stores the organizations you belong to and the inventory information you enter, such as cards, condition, quantities, prices, locations, purchases, sales, trades, and show details.

If you enable a public show inventory, selected inventory and your vendor or show name can be viewed by anyone with its public link. You control whether a show inventory is enabled for public viewing in the app.

Camera and card recognition

Camera recognition is not available in the current app release. If this feature is enabled later, the app will ask for camera permission when you choose to scan a card. A submitted card photo would be sent to our service and recognition provider for identification. The app does not add the photo itself to your inventory record.

Purchases and service providers

Apple or Google processes in-app payments. RevenueCat receives a TCG Vendor organization identifier and purchase events to manage subscriptions and usage access. We do not receive your full payment card number from the app stores. Supabase provides account and database services. Card catalog and pricing requests may be handled by card data providers, including JustTCG and TCGdex. Camera recognition requests are handled by Flipzi when that feature is used. These providers process the information needed to deliver their parts of the service.

How we use information

We use account and inventory information to provide your workspace, synchronize your data, show market information, complete the transactions you record, operate subscriptions, answer support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your inventory information or use it for personalized advertising.

Retention and your choices

Delete your account in the mobile app under More → Delete account. This removes your login and personal profile. A workspace where you are the only member is deleted with its inventory and transaction history. Shared workspace records remain available to other members without your account attribution. For help with deletion, or to request access or correction, email gregglee2@yahoo.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an email request. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate billing and security purposes. Deleting your TCG Vendor account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions in the store where you purchased them.

Security and changes

We use access controls and encrypted network connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
